It's certainly been a busy few months here at DKHQ as we complete development of the revamped extranet for Riviera Travel – Europe's number one escorted tour operator.
ARTi 2.0 builds on the success of the first version (developed by DesignKarma 2 years ago) with a suite of new features and a fresh new look. Now Riviera Tour Managers can login to add sickness reports, expenses, lost property, check and update their calendars, and more. The Riviera Operations team can also keep tabs on which Tour Managers have acknowledged notifications, watched training videos, who haven't submitted their expenses yet, plus lots of other analytics and reporting.
Everyone at Riviera is very excited to see the new extranet in action this summer and there is already a growing list of new ideas and features for ARTi 2.1.
